HEALTH INTERVENTIONS

Alay Buhay is committed to making TB screenings accessible across the Philippines. We work hand-in-hand with local health authorities, including health development centers, provincial and city/municipal health offices, and rural health units. This collaboration ensures our screenings are tailored to the specific needs of each community.

 

These convenient screenings target people most vulnerable – urban and rural communities, senior citizens, individuals grappling with comorbidities, smokers, persons with disabilities, public transport drivers, Barangay Health Workers, and household contacts of TB patients.

 

Early detection is crucial in fighting TB. By strategically targeting these high-risk groups, we can identify potential cases sooner, leading to prompt treatment and preventing the spread of the disease.
