Alay Buhay Foundation, in partnership with Platinum Group Metals Corporation (PGMC), Global Ferronickel Holdings, Inc., and with the support of the Department of Health (DOH), Philippine Chamber of Commerce (PCCI), and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), is expanding its mobile diagnostic clinic to Mindanao.
The initiative aims to address the persistent issue of tuberculosis (TB) and other lung diseases in the region by providing free diagnostic services to underserved communities. By identifying and treating TB cases early, Alay Buhay hopes to contribute to the eradication of the disease in the Philippines.
The mobile clinic will offer diagnostic tests for TB, ensuring that nobody gets left behind. Alay Buhay is working closely with the DOH to provide support and treatment for positive TB cases.
